It’s more like 'me' than 'us'. Responsive is a small one-man business run by me, Sav. There’s no office or expensive premises driving up costs it’s just me, a qualified plumber/qualified gas engineer with 15+ years of experience.
Managing my own workload allows me to give every job the time & attention it needs, I answer the phone and also complete the work so you can rest assured you’ll have one point of contact taking responsibility for your job. For the last 15 years I’ve been fixing every household problem imaginable from water leaks under baths to boiler & heating faults. I enjoy solving problems and it’s very rewarding leaving a customer happy especially when others have tried & failed- I do love a challenge!
Our registered office is Caterham, however, I’m highly mobile and cover Croydon, South & South West London as well as North Surrey & West Kent, so if you have a problem to fix or need some advice I’d be happy to hear from you.
